ARTEMIS INTERNATIONAL SOLUTIONS CORP OPENS NEW CHINA OFFICE

Shanghai Office To Deliver and Support Artemis’ Investment Planning & Control Solutions Required by Chinese Companies to Improve Return on Invested Capital

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – August 31, 2005 – Artemis International Solutions Corporation (OTCBB: AMSI), global provider of Investment Planning and Control™ solutions, today announced the company has established a direct operation in Shanghai, China, to meet the growing demand for its line of Investment Planning & Control solutions including IT Management, New Product Development and Strategic Asset Optimization. While Artemis has had a presence in China for over two years, including clientele in mobile communications, the company stands ready to deliver its solutions and support for executives who require the tools and discipline to effectively manage corporate and public investments resulting from the unprecedented flow of foreign capital into China.
"Investment in China is expanding at an incredible rate and it’s well beyond foreign companies looking for low-cost labor,” said Patrick Ternier, president and chief executive officer for Artemis. “Capital is flowing at this tremendous pace to build new companies and product development centers, taking advantage of a tremendous engineering talent pool. As a result, Chinese enterprises are adapting to a more market-driven economy. All of this investment and change is creating significant need for investment planning and control tools. Artemis is seen as a visionary company that will become a strategic partner to executives who must manage capital investment in the most efficient way.”
The direct operation will provide a highly qualified local team for direct sales and support for its partners in Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, as well as in other regions where large investments are taking place.
“China is a very important market for us. The investment Artemis has made in China is a strategic one,” said Johnny Tan, executive vice president, Asia Pacific for Artemis International. “With a local presence, Artemis can concentrate on supporting existing customers, while also continuing to develop and maintain an extended customer base. Artemis solutions are well positioned to help organizations in China improve visibility over their business performance and maximize return on their investments.”
